MOVEit Soft – Refund and Cancellation Policies


1. Refund Policy
At MOVEit Soft, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our software products and services. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@moveitsoft.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is approved.

Conditions for Refund:
Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of the Software. Refunds will not be provided for any Services that have been used or if a significant portion of the Service period has passed. Refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items:
Any additional services, such as custom development, consulting, or third-party services purchased through MOVEit Soft, are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription or service with MOVEit Soft. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Subscription Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team at support@moveitsoft.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription after cancellation.

Service Cancellation:
For services that are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually), you can cancel the service at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. For one-time services, cancellations must be requested before the service has been fully delivered or commenced. If the service has already been delivered or work has begun, the service is non-refundable.

Cancellation Process:
To cancel a service, please contact our customer support team at support@moveitsoft.com with your account details and the service you wish to cancel. We will confirm your cancellation request and provide any necessary instructions.

Termination by MOVEit Soft:
MOVEit Soft reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause. In the event of such termination, you will be provided with a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the Services, unless the termination is due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
